DAY 13 - SOMETHING TO BREATHE ON . . . !

Breath . . . is something you can take but can't keep.

Take a breath . . . Try to hold it. See how long you can . . . ?

. . . Your face all red now? Then breathe out . . . .

Feeling better?!

                                                     * * *

Breath . . . is something you take to give.

Breathing out . . . is good and it makes you feel good.

Why don't we do it more?

Of course, we do it all the time. Yet do you do it with consciousness. . . ?

Why don't we do it now?

Breathe out . . . now!

                                                     * * *

Holding on to your breath is no good. It makes you tight and want to explode.

Or forgetting it is no good either. It gives you dizziness and headache.

Isn't that the same with life?

Isn't life just a breath?

Isn't breath your life?

You love life and take it and hold on to it and want to keep it for good. But that's not good. You can't.

We know we can't keep breath for ever. So is it with life.

Then why we do it? Why do we keep hurting ourselves by holding on to it?

Let it go and let it be.

The natural way to let go and let be is to breathe out now . . .

You need not go look for it or take it. It's already there and ready for you.

Now, breathe out . . . .

Don't breathe in right away. Wait a moment and remain still . . . .

When you need breath, open yourself and breath naturally flows inside you.

It's no longer you who breathe in . . . It happens by nature. Relax.

                                                      * * *

The same is so true with life.

Give your life just like breathing out . . . .

Wait a while and remain still . . . .

When you are in need, open yourself up. Life naturally flows into you and through you.

In fact, it's no longer you who breathe. It's life breathing out into you.

Breathe . . . Breathe out now into the atmosphere of the Holy Spirit . . . .

Wait in silence and remain still . . . .

Be ready. Open yourself up . . . . Let the Holy Spirit breathe out  into your soul.

Breathe . . . . Breathe out now!

God bless y'all.
